We calculate your Macro Marker’s (Proteins, Fats, Carbs) to hit each day. We give you healthy food options that you will enjoy eating. Don’t like to cook? We take that into account as well! A quick and easy bulk plan or a variety plan if you enjoy cooking! We see how many times per week you are working out in the gym and get a feel of how active you are outside of the gym. We then produce a meal plan that is personalized to you to incorporate until a new meal plan is required. As you progress on your fitness journey your body metrics, your Macro Marker’s, and your lifestyle will change. So will your diet plan! New calculations, new Marker’s, and a new plan for a new you each step of the way!

Working out impacts what our body does with the food we eat. Even when we’re not working out; food has an impact on how our body functions on a daily basis. Example, our body won’t use the protein to rebuild our muscles for growth if those muscles are not being exercised. There needs to be a need for a feed! Moreover, our body needs fuel in order to function properly whether we are working out or not. Even when we are not exercising our body uses the food we eat as an energy source and a means to recover. NOT eating is NOT the way to efficiently progress on a healthy level. More than likely, your body will use muscle mass FIRST as a quick source of energy if the body is malnourished NOT fat mass. The loss of muscle mass reduces metabolic rate, weakens the body, and makes weight loss or even maintaining weight to become a struggle.
