Meet Charity

Charity embarked on her own fitness quest and along the way fell in love with being at the gym. She loved being around other people all working to become better versions of themselves.

Eventually she wasn’t just attending classes, she was leading them, then she became part owner in the gym, and now she has opened her own gym.

She’s passionate about helping people reach their goals! She’s got a regular job, she’s a wife, she’s a mom, she’s busy with all life has to offer, so she gets it. She’s also NASM certified in Personal Training, a Nutrition Coaching, and a Womens Fitness Specialist

She understands how valuable your time is and wants to make the most of yours because health is precious.
